Return Policy

Orso Bruno Baby wants every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

Return Conditions

Return Deadline : You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.
Product Condition : The product must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable products : For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on specific underwear and accessories.

Return Procedure

1. Contact Customer Service : Write to us at info@lorsobrunobaby.it with the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive return instructions : We will send you an email with return instructions, including a shipping label.
3. Ship the product : Follow the instructions provided to pack the product and ship the package.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product or different from what was ordered).

Reimbursement

Refund Time : Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

Refund Notification : You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is completed.

Exchange of goods

If you wish to exchange a product for another (size or color), please follow the return procedure and place a new separate order for the desired product.
